It is a wonderful small and extremely convenient property located in Trevi district adjacent to fountain of Trevi, piazza di Spagna and palazzo Barberini and many other attractions of Rome specially for, and walkable tourists spots. It has perfect central location by public transport from the airport.

A twin room for hot tea has basic facilities you need. The staff are top-class, we loved them. The location is excellent and perfect, relatively close to a vibrant and elegant square. The bets part that it's close to the sub way, train station, turi-bus, Vatican, Colosseum, ancient historic biuldings and fountains, several varied neighborhoods, and several touristic attractions and subway.

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Ki! The location was perfect for exploring all the sights in Rome, especially Fontana di Trevi which was just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot showers were a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied each day, giving us a great start to our mornings. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Residenza Ki for a pleasant and convenient stay in Rome!

The hotel is clean with a nice design and very kind and informative staff. Good breakfast selection of delicious things. Choose quadruple room with shower, window to the outside, as example. Located in 5 minutes' walk from Barberini tube station.

We stayed at the Residenza Ki at the beginning of July. It’s a small guesthouse type hotel, the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast was all you could wish for in a continental style and plenty of it. Our room was not overly large but adequate; the wardrobe doors were missing! but what the hell you don’t go to Rome to look at wardrobe doors. You go to Rome to see the Coliseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Vatican City etc. Rome is a must see place. One thing we did not look forward to were the cold showers. When you come back from a day sight-seeing it’s nice have a cool shower, But not an ice cold one! The management did say that they had trouble with the boiler, but it never got sorted in our room, morning, evening or night. I suppose you get what you pay for; perhaps we didn’t pay for hot water! The location of the hotel is right on the edge of old Rome and in walking distance to all the places of interest. If the water problem could be fixed, a great place to stay.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome so all the major attractions were within walking distance. The Trevi Fountain was less than a five minute stroll away. Diego at the hotel was lovely, he spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to take advantage of a short break to Rome, as we were only there for three nights it was important to be close to the main tourist spots.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be in a great location, just a short walk away from a famous attraction. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the rooms were clean and modern, providing a pleasant atmosphere.
We were disappointed to discover that the hotel did not have an elevator, which made it a bit difficult to navigate with our luggage. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms meant that we could hear noise from the breakfast buffet in the early morning, which was a bit disruptive for light sleepers like us.

It is in the heart of Rome and almost everything you want to see is in the walking distance and The staff are friendly and Helpful.
This is not a hotel, it is a Place to stay, There is no lift and not even a sign outside, when you go there you feel like it is a house and it is a house not a hotel. Wifi was not working properly for two days and when it did it was on and off the entire time. This place is ideal for students and young people who wanna see the city and just want a place to stay, But for families and people over 40 it is not that good. Noise is the other thing you need to consider in this place.
